Bishop claims he prayed for Uhuru on phone before ICC trip

ICC cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto will flop, a Roysambu-based televangelist has said.

“I am confident that God is in control. All will be well very soon,” Mwai said. 

 Mwai said that Uhuru contacted him via phone for consultations and prayer before travelling to his ICC status conference last week.

 Uhuru is facing charges of crimes against humanity following the 2007-2008 post election violence.

The bishop was speaking during a crusade he held at Githurai 44 on Sunday.
